Spending xmas in this hotel was fantastic! the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was great that we could connect to the wifi without any issues and that the breakfast provided was delicious. the location was also perfect, being close to a variety of restaurants and attractions, including the pyramid and the town square. Plus, we loved the views of the volcanoes from our balcony!

The street noise could be quite loud at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. some parts of the hotel felt a bit outdated, and could benefit from some updates and renovations.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to the pyramids, zocalo, and train to Puebla. Great breakfast and service. The Zapoteca room was quiet and enjoyable. The hotel had good security and helpful staff.
